How to Request a Report from China Help Desk

1. Create an account on the China Help Desk website. This can be done by clicking here

2. Navigate through the site, and select the type of report that you would like to request. Or select from this product matrix.

3. Proceed through the requesting process, and submit your request. Shortly after submitting your request, you'll receive an email from our office reqesting the company name and address. Please provide the name in both English and Chinese, as some company names may vary. If you cannot provide the name in Chinese, we will try our best but can make no guarantees on delivery time.

4. We will contact you via email when your report is prepared. The report will be emailed to the specified email address and you will have 72 hours to review the report and submit and follow up questions to our staff.
